Hmm..pretty impressive. Now after all that, why wouldn't he notch the transmission crossmember so the header could go up tighter?

(I just had to make some crack comment pointing out a flaw)

The auction ended with a high bid of $18, 099.99, not meeting reserve. The funny thing was, the day before the owner lowered his reserve to $18,100.99. So for $1 more the high bidder could have won the auction. Looks suspicious to me! I think the car was worth what he was asking though.

Seems like a lot of money for an early A-body, don't you think? I don't know, I guess I need to get with the times. I remember a few years ago when a really nice Barracuda went for $12,000 and we were all flabergasted! Are we finally moving up in the world?

This Barracuda was re-listed after not meeting reserve. It finally sold for $24,100.05 with 51 bids!
