I know its come up a few times but is there a registry web site anywhere? I ask because as the Hamtramk website grows so do fender tags and vin numbers. There are a few websites doing a colleciton on build sheets and getting them to there owners, I don't think it would be to hard to start up.....

I had some ideas for a registry on here for early Barracudas and Valiants however I couldn't find any automated way to organize information, only manual ways. Then there's the whole issue of peoples privacy and some people want their cars info shown and others don't. So you really need a proper database for that.

I don't have the time or willingness to be the guy that sets something like that up. I am willing to use this forum as a depository for information, like a registry, but that's about all.

Any other thoughts?

I'm interested in posting up my cars info, how exactly would I go about doing that. I also only semi know how to decode the inner fender codes so I'd need a bit of help.

Neil I am no rocket scientist but that looks pretty good to me... To bad there is no program that you could just enter in the vin, then the fender tag and your info and it put it in Vin numerical order or something.

Like I said it looks good.
