I was able to keep moving forward on the vert this weekend. The doors are close to getting color on them and I pulled the dash out of the car to start working on it

I have been plugging away at the vert, but haven't made much progress...not sure why, but orange peel has been really bad and I have had to sand everything back down...so frustrating!

Took a big step forward, welded in one of the rear qtr. patch panels! Also found out I need a wheel well patch for the passenger side...I saw that classic industries is selling them now...and they cost less than laysons...anyone know if they are the same quality?

Thanks Mojack...It has been moving along pretty good. I got the wheel well patch panel hung this weekend...the slow part is all the scraping and cleaning. I have been removing all of the surface rust, undercoating and paint so that I can find any issues, repair, re-paint, and be done with it!

Thanks! It's been a long road to get here. I am thinking about updating the tailights this year, looks like laysons sells new assemblies for 65s
