Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. I have a '64 Barracuda that I bought in '98. When I bought it, the PO had already rebuilt the engine and suspension, and done a few other things to it. I went to work stripping it down and doing some bodywork on it soon after I bought it. I polished up all the stainless stuff and found the least pitted chromed parts I could (at the time, Laysons was the only place to get anything, and didn't have nearly as much as he does now). I got it painted bright white with a hint of blue pearl. Shortly after getting it to that point, life caught up, and I really haven't done much to her since, other than putting some Cragar SS's on it. I drive it to the cruise nights from time to time. I'm currently in Iraq, and my desire to get back to work on it has really kicked in. I've got some money saved up, and plan on starting to buy some more parts while I'm here so they'll be ready when I get back. I have a couple pics of it that I'll post later. I've been looking online, and have found that there are a lot more sources for parts now, and a lot of parts that weren't available then are now. I'll have plenty of questions about experiences with various vendors prior to buying from them. Has anyone dealt with mopar9999, tamraz, or vansautollc on ebay? Good or bad? Thank you in advance. |

| I've been looking around the forum, and notice there are a lot of people on here that I used to swap info with (mostly get info from). Cliff Cuda, Neilb, and a couple others. I think I used to visit a forum then, but don't remember which one. Might have been this one, there aren't that many. |

Hey, welcome back! You probably saw us all on the mailing list. I've dealt with vansautollc a few times. He's not very good at communicating (He doesn't write long emails....quick and short), but his parts are always what they say they are shipped in a timely manner. I think I bought some seat belts, spring rod, trim and other stuf and I just bought some A100 stuff from him too. |

You're right, I think it was the mailing list. Here are a couple pics of my car taken a few years ago. The quality isn't very good because they were scanned from photos on an older scanner, but they're all I can get to from here. It still looks the same, except I found some 14" wheels for the rear. http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc110/64physhy/ee29.jpg http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc110/64physhy/fc4a.jpg |

| Hi All, just wanted to say Hi after a few years of being absent from the list. I've sold my 64 Barracuda after having a 37 year affair with it. The reason I'm posting is that, through out the 37 years I've gathered many spare parts, so I'll be watching to see if I can help someone needing parts. |

Goldfish!!! Ugh! That must have been difficult to part with... Did you replace it with anything else? Or, just got tired of the hobby? Sigh! I sometime think I want to get rid of my old cuda... but never have been able to "Let Go". I wish you well of course, but am sad to see a long time owner part with a family member. What kind of parts do you have? clif & Senator Barrycuda of Arizona 4 speed "S" |

| Nice car. I'm really confused with this layout of the forum. Is totally different from what I'm used to and not very user friendly to begin with. Once I figure this out, I'll post about my 66. |

Whats so hard about it? You type in your message, sign in, and post it. Upload attachments using the "Upload Attachments" button. So easy, a caveman can do it!...(Sorry Lee!) ;-) |

Hey Muaddib15... Welcome to the forum. At first I thought this forum was difficult... But, after playing with it a few times, it all fell into place and is really quite simple. So, just type away and let us know about your 66 and your plans for it. clif of Arizona |
