Here is a copy of the November Mopar Collectors Guide article. Guy says it can be done on any 1963-1965 Mopar, and we've seen the 1963 3-door Valiant as proof! http://groups.msn.com/VALIANTFORSALEWORLDSONLYTHREEDOORSEDAN/shoebox.msnw |

| I've fixed them. It's because of the upgrade, all my fault. |

| I'm sure this conversion could be done with an early A-body too. Have you seen the photos of the 3-door Valiant? It's a 2-door on one side, but a 4-door on the other. I'll have to dig up the photo somewhere. |

Neil, Thanks for fixing the links to each or the four pages from the main page, where all four pages are shown. However, the links on each page labelled "next", "previous", etc still take me to the very clever enbcom page that tells me I got there through the will of God. Yeah, I know: "give 'em an inch.." On an entirely different note, I assume the three door car was cone the same way as the two door conversion. I also have broken the word assume down just to see that the process really does yield "Ass-u-me". so, do you know for sure about that, or is it simply a "find" of some sort that has gotten into circulation. Interesting, either way, but inquiring minds want to know! |

Okay, it's all good now. I should never have moved the board to a new url, but at the time it was a good idea, hindsight is 20/20 right? I got the pictures of the 3-door Valiant from here http://www.225.ca/odd.htm I remember reading somewhere this was an assembly line screw up, but I have my doubts. Notice how the molding is missing on the 4-door side? Maybe it was discussion on the mailing list? I don't remember. I think this car was for sale at one time too. It's pretty cool, makes you think twice about those nice cherry old-lady 4-door cars eh? |
